Here is my final report on how my project to increase student engagement in required research courses went over the past year. It was a year full of the unexpected - including the fact that I had to implement a project designed for one course into another due to a course cancellation. While challenging, I was still able to implement elements of the original project into my course - and I did some good learning. I think my students did some good learning as well. I now feel VERY set for next year's process where I will implement my plan - and in fact a better plan than I had - into the course I had actually planned to work on!
